In addition to our regularly scheduled workshops held at our offices, we also offer a variety of workshops and seminars to business and social groups throughout our community. HR directors can contact us to schedule an offsite workshop for their employees free of charge. We offer a wide variety of health topics and, yes, the best part about it is they are all free! Why do we offer them at no cost? It is our goal and commitment to our community to educate and protect our neighbors and friends from unnecessary heath risks. We strongly advocate prevention as the greatest source of healthcare!
We specialize in large and small business health fairs. We can help you plan one specific event or education for your entire year. We can help educate your employees on topics such as "How to reduce injury in the work place," or "How to stay fit while you sit," or "Nutrition on the go."
