I was referred to Integrated Wellness by some friends of mine who had told me about the success they had with them. I had been involved in a car accident where I was t-boned by an SUV driving approximately 50 mph. I had not received any other treatment for my back prior to seeing Dr. Wersland. He was very thorough in his evaluation to pinpoint the sources of the pain. I began seeing improvement in range of motion, pain, and stiffness after just my first visit. Within a month of treatment, the pain was gone and I was back to enjoying the activities I was accustomed to before my accident.

Before coming in to Integrated Wellness I had been going through extreme lower back pain for about a year. I was on medication that was no helping and had tried treatments such as spinal and hip injection, which had very limited results. My grandson kept on insisting that I come into you office because of my lack of progress from treatments.
Dr. Frogley was so encouraging and the staff was so positive and kind. Some of the recommendations that he had made were exercises such as stretching, trigger point manipulation, and using the electric stem machine. Within a month, coming in three days a week, my treatments had resulted in less pain and an even balance in my life.
Dr. Frogley showed a lot of care and interest in getting me well. I was much more responsive to his care and it benefited me. I have told over 3 people about Dr. Frogley and his great office. Thank you so much for everything. I can’t thank you enough.

I first came to Integrated Wellness in September 2004. I was referred by a past employee of Integrated Wellness who was also a friend in my neighborhood. She was always sympathetic to the headaches that I constantly suffered. Seventeen years ago, while pregnant with my second son, I started getting terrible migraine and tension headaches. They were so severe that I was put on disability during my pregnancy. Afterwards, I continued suffering with headaches of all different sorts. My neck was always in pain along with my back.
I had seen several chiropractors, a neurologist, a therapist (I thought maybe I was crazy), I’ve had acupuncture, Sacral Cranial Therapy, massages, physical therapy and I even saw a doctor that "talked" to my headaches and had a conversation with it to see what was wrong. I spent thousands of dollars on many medications from migraine medications, some homeopathic medications and even some narcotics.
From several of these doctors and methods I received some temporary relief – emphasis on the temporary. For the first few months at Integrated Wellness, I saw slow progress as far as my headaches went, but I did see a lot of improvement in my total physical function. I can now see out of my blind spot when I drive, needless to say, it is now much safer to be on the road.
My headaches have slowly and consistently improved. When the doctor realized that my headaches were not totally going away, he suggested that I check into the possibility of a hormone balance. Taking Dr. Frogley’s advice, I am now undergoing some minor hormone balancing and hope to see a big difference with my headaches.
My experience at Integrated Wellness has been very pleasant. From Dr. Frogley’s adjustments, Mindy’s infliction of pain under the guise of giving Trigger Points and massage, to the bubbly, but professional Lagi who welcomes me when I arrive and bids me fond farewell when I make my appointment and leave. The icing on the cake is that the staff members all have fun, and all have unique personalities. This is very endearing. They have also offered assistance in many other personal ways – weight loss, hair color, recipes, and teenagers, etc.
My words of advice to share? Well, don’t go to other doctors first and waste a ton of money. If Dr. Frogley and Dr. Wersland can help you, he will – if he cannot, he’ll help you find the right treatment.

I first came in March of 2003. I had neck pain, shoulder pain, mid back pain, lower back pain, and headaches. I had suffered with this pain for 3-4 years. I think some of the symptoms came from work-related stress, sports and hobbies that caused constant aches and pain. I was a walking wound of pain and stress.
I was treated by a chiropractor about 6-7 years ago. I didn’t have much success with him. He wasn’t as good as the Integrated Wellness. He didn’t track the results of my care or do as comprehensive of an exam. Luckily, I found out about Integrated Wellness from a seminar at my work.
As a patient of Integrated Wellness, I have had great results. My range of motion has increased. I hardly ever have headaches, and my golf game has greatly improved. It has taken Integrated Wellness a very short amount of time to relieve all these aches and pains and make them go away for good. Thanks for making my life better.

I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am to you and everyone there at the office. We are coming up on a hear anniversary of my husband Terry’s car accident on June 7th, 2001. Terry began having seizures about 10 days later. On June 19th after I had to keep him breathing, he was hospitalized and life flighted to the U of U hospital. He was placed in Intensive Care there. After returning home he was like an Alzheimer’s patient. I had to have a security system put in my home. I had to lock up all of the closets, silverware, knives and tools. One day, when I couldn’t find Terry, he was found wandering down a major road. He didn’t know who I was or who our three-year-old son was. It was very scary.
We were living on disability, which was 60% of our income so as a result of that we were about to lose our home and vehicle. The doctors could not find a way to control the seizures, which were occurring every day. They took his driver’s license away because of the seizures. Terry is a heating and air conditioning service technician and for work is required to drive from home to home to service the furnaces. He was unable to return to work. On October 1st Terry was sent home with an EKG to monitor him for 24 hours. I counted around 14 seizures before I went to sleep and he said he still remembered feeling more seizures while I was sleeping.
I was the next day that I was offered a free exam at Integrated Wellness. I wasn’t sure if it would help or not but I figured at that point I had nothing to lose. When I told Terry about the exam he thought it was a gimmick. I decided to take him in anyway. We were told that Terry’s neck was out of alignment and it was pinching the nerves to his brain. The doctor adjusted him and he went three days without a seizure. He began feeling better slowly. The number of seizures gradually began decreasing. During this time still living on disability we were no longer able to afford the medication he was supposed to take for the seizures so we had no other choice but to take him off the medication.
On December 31st, 2001 Terry was able to get his driver’s license returned to him. He began working again January 15th. Because he is now working again we have been able to save our home and vehicle and are now on the way back to normal life. Through all of this I had many people stop wanting to listen to my problems and no one was willing to help me & my family get through this. There were times when I felt that the only support I had was from the doctors and office staff at Integrated Wellness. They genuinely cared about what we were going through and was there whenever we needed support. When I told Dr. Black that Terry was working again I could hear his voice overcome with emotion and happiness for us.
Now my four-year-old son wants to be a "Priropractor" and do "popcorn" on everyone’s neck just like Dr. Black has done for him. Thanks to you we are still seizure free. I think that for the rest of our lives I will never forget your help. I will never stop saying thank you for giving us our lives back. You are an angel in my eyes.
